Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
high school diploma or equivalent
able to stand and walk for extended periods
capable of lifting and moving up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
ability to use hands and fingers for handling tasks
able to talk, hear, taste, and smell
willing to work in moderate to extreme temperature conditions
able to work around moving mechanical parts and household chemicals
willing to comply with all safety and training requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
one to three months related experience or training
ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
ability to write simple correspondence in English
effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
basic math skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers using American money and weight measurements
ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions
completion of company-required training on food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
process, package, and stock fresh foods products following Fresh Foods standards
clean work areas regularly
provide excellent customer service
unload stock deliveries
reload salvage stock as needed
participate in required training sessions
