Job Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years baking experience
Current food handler's permit
Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm
Ability to work 20-25 hours per week
Willingness to participate in cross-training on other cafe stations
No availability for nights, weekends, or holidays required
Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of baking experience
Current food handler's permit
Ability to work part-time schedules with flexibility
Strong attention to detail in food preparation
Creativity in recipe development and menu input
Basic understanding of food safety regulations
Team player with effective communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare from-scratch baked goods daily including cookies, brownies, cakes, scones, muffins, and breakfast loaves
Maintain quality and consistency of cafe offerings
Add creative input to the rotating menu items
Operate during scheduled part-time shifts, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Ensure compliance with food safety standards including maintaining a current food handler's permit
Participate in cross-training opportunities on other cafe stations as required
Uphold a clean and organized work environment daily
