Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • willingness to participate in required training
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • able to handle, finger, and reach with hands and arms
  • able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
  • close vision, color, and depth perception required
  • ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
  • able to tolerate exposure to hot, cool, and extreme cold temperatures
  • able to work around moving mechanical parts and airborne particles
  • able to safely handle toxic or caustic chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
  • capability to write simple correspondence in English
  • effective communicator in one-on-one and small group settings
  • basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
  • ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
  • completion of company training including food sanitation and safety

Job Duties

  • Bake products according to standards
  • process fresh food items including packaging and stocking
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • unload stock and reload salvage items
  • participate in required training programs
  • follow food safety and sanitation protocols
