Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
willingness to participate in required training
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
able to handle, finger, and reach with hands and arms
able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
close vision, color, and depth perception required
ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
able to tolerate exposure to hot, cool, and extreme cold temperatures
able to work around moving mechanical parts and airborne particles
able to safely handle toxic or caustic chemicals

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three months related experience or training
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
capability to write simple correspondence in English
effective communicator in one-on-one and small group settings
basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
completion of company training including food sanitation and safety

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
process fresh food items including packaging and stocking
maintain cleanliness of work areas
provide exceptional customer service
unload stock and reload salvage items
participate in required training programs
follow food safety and sanitation protocols
