Job Requirements
- Associates must be at least 18 years of age
- complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, or smell
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
- willingness to participate in training and work with the team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
- basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers and handling American money and weight units
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products following company standards
- clean work areas regularly to maintain hygiene
- provide excellent customer service to customers
- unload stock deliveries and reload salvage
- participate in and complete required training
- maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
