Job Requirements

Associates must be at least 18 years of age
complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, or smell
ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
willingness to participate in training and work with the team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
one to three months related experience or training
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers and handling American money and weight units

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
process, package, and stock fresh foods products following company standards
clean work areas regularly to maintain hygiene
provide excellent customer service to customers
unload stock deliveries and reload salvage
participate in and complete required training
maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
