Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
capable of standing and walking for extended periods
able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
complete company's training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
exceptional interpersonal skills
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
ability to work in moderate to extreme temperature environments
able to handle tasks involving exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree
one to three months related experience and/or training
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
effective communication skills
ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
able to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
process, package, and stock fresh food products according to fresh foods standards
clean work areas
provide customer service
unload stock
reload salvage
