  • Comfortable working around hot ovens and bakery equipment while using protective mitts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods bend stretch and kneel as needed
  • Punctual and reliable must arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Willingness to adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Bake our signature fresh-from-scratch bread and pizza crusts daily ensuring top-quality texture and flavor
  • Follow precise recipes and maintain accurate weights and measurements for all bakery products
  • Monitor baking quality to meet strict company guidelines
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Keep workstation and bakery area clean at all times adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of freezer products
  • Wash and sanitize baking pans and utensils throughout the shift assisting managers in tracking inventory levels and baking needs
  • Strictly follow food safety OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
