Job Requirements
- Associate must be at least 18 years old
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and taste or smell
- occasional ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- able to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work in environments with temperature variations, mechanical parts, fumes, and noise
- complete company training including orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training preferred
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
Job Duties
- Bake products according to company standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products following Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas to maintain hygiene
- provide excellent customer service
- unload stock deliveries efficiently
- reload salvage stock
- complete all required training and participate in team activities to boost sales and customer satisfaction
