Job Description
This Part-Time Associate position reports to the Store Manager and undertakes various tasks such as receiving inventory, stocking store sections, operating a cash register, providing carry-out services, and maintaining store cleanliness. Specific duties include maintaining assigned store sections, stocking merchandise, ensuring proper pricing and rotation, preparing perishable products, setting up displays, reviewing invoices, cleaning and sanitizing store areas, operating a cash register, assisting customers with purchases, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to read and write English, follow instructions, and interact with the public
- basic PC/Outlook skills preferred
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 60 pounds
