Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school or ged graduate preferred
- completion of three basic courses within cinematark's management accreditation program
- basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit
- completion of safe alcohol service training if working with alcohol
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance
- energetic and friendly attitude during shifts
- excellent guest service
- accurate cash handling and basic math skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- follow the direction of the general manager
- support general manager's decisions in communication with the staff
- work in all departments and all theatre job functions
- train and coach team members in their specific job functions
- assist in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the general manager
- observe and participate in the inspection of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, property, roof, exterior signage, and equipment condition
- report the need for building, property, and equipment repairs to general manager
- ensure that theatre team members follow the dress code
- interact with guests for improved service and ensure superior customer service
- learn and follow company policies and procedures and enforce them fairly
- report employee relations issues to general manager
- adhere to high work ethic standard and code of conduct
- identify and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment
- address any safety or security issues properly
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
