Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years customer service experience
  • basic computer skills and ability to type 25 wpm
  • valid driver’s license
  • able to read and write English
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986
  • must pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • able to complete required training

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of customer service experience
  • possess basic computer skills and ability to type 25 wpm
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • able to read and write English
  • bilingual skills a plus
  • good physical dexterity and stamina
  • able to complete required training
  • valid driver’s license
  • must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986

Job Duties

  • processing customer tickets
  • checking baggage
  • monitoring carry-on baggage for size and quantity
  • assigning seats
  • providing information on arrival and departure times
  • handling denied boarding situations
  • enforcing safety and security measures
  • assisting customers with special needs
  • completing sales reports
  • complying with FAA, airline and airport regulations
  • performing ramp, aircraft cleaning and commissary duties as required
  • completing all required training
  • reporting safety hazards or incidents immediately
  • other duties as assigned
