Currently, Advantage Solutions is actively seeking part-time professional Brand Ambassadors to join its dynamic team. These Brand Ambassadors will represent Anheuser-Busch InBev, the largest brewing company in the world. The role involves representing various featured brands at key on-premise and off-premise accounts weekly, according to schedules provided by designated Market Managers. This position offers individuals the chance to become integral players in promoting a diverse portfolio of iconic beer brands and engaging directly with consumers. Each Brand Ambassador will receive comprehensive training, branded apparel, and sampling tools necessary to deliver successful marketing events.

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, your main responsibilities will involve executing product sampling events, educating consumers about the brand, and fostering strong relationships with customers and key accounts in assigned territories. Your role will be pivotal in activating brand presence on the ground, providing valuable feedback to enhance sales strategies, and ensuring a positive brand image to both the public and media. You will be expected to perform multiple events per evening, showing up in professional attire equipped to engage with customers effectively. In addition to brand promotion, this role will require you to develop and maintain communication with stakeholders, complete detailed activation recaps, and collaborate closely with your Market Manager for continuous process improvement.

The position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the beverage industry, enjoy interacting with new people, and are motivated by representing best-in-class products at influential events. The role requires a minimum age of 21 due to alcohol dispensing regulations and mandatory Responsible Alcohol Training. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) is necessary, reflecting the physical demands of the job. Candidates should have at least one year of brand ambassador or bartending experience, with prior on-premise sampling experience being highly advantageous. A reliable transportation method and daily access to a PC with internet/email capabilities are essential for success in this position.
