Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- strong communication skills
- basic understanding of computer programs

Job Duties
- Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents
- use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed
- educate, train, and encourage team members on personalized activity opportunities
- meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding
- decorate common areas for special events and holidays
- take attendance and photographs of daily activities
- ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents’ rights
- attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning
- perform other duties as assigned
