We are currently seeking a Senior Living Activity Assistant who is passionate about senior care and driven to make a difference. This vital role involves creating and facilitating a diverse range of engaging activities to enrich the lives of our residents daily. The Senior Living Activity Assistant will be responsible for hosting interactive sessions, planning special events, and promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere where residents can socialize and thrive. This position requires someone who can connect genuinely with seniors, ensuring each individual feels supported and involved in community life.
In addition to activities facilitation, this role includes responsibilities such as transporting residents safely using the community vehicle and assisting in the development and encouragement of team members in creating personalized activity opportunities. The Senior Living Activity Assistant is also entrusted with documenting activities through attendance records and photographs, preserving the joyful moments that define our community's spirit. Compliance with residents’ rights and regulatory requirements is paramount, necessitating thorough understanding and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

- use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed

- take attendance and photographs of daily activities
- ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents’ rights
- attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning
- perform other duties as assigned
