Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work second-shift hours between 1:00 pm and 1:00 am
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- strong problem-solving abilities
- physical ability to perform duties associated with hotel operations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- proficiency with hotel management software is a plus
- team-oriented mindset
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- assist with second-shift hotel operations
- ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service
- coordinate with various hotel departments to manage event space and accommodations
- monitor and maintain hotel facilities including guestrooms and common areas
- support front desk and concierge services as needed
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations
