This position is based at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, Massachusetts, a property owned by Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC as part of its broader real estate division. The Four Points by Sheraton Norwood offers a dynamic hospitality environment supported by strong organizational backing from HBRE and FM. This modern, smoke-free hotel boasts 230 guestrooms, including allergy-friendly options, and offers a wide range of amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. The venue is also home to 28 versatile meeting rooms and 40,000 square feet of event space, making it an ideal location for conferences, social events, and large meetings. The Tiffany Ballroom provides an elegant space for catering social events, while dining options include One Bistro and Zachariah’s daily breakfast buffet.
Situated conveniently in Norwood, the hotel offers easy access to major regional attractions and transportation hubs such as Boston, Providence, Gillette Stadium, Legacy Place, as well as nearby commuter rail and Amtrak services. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work second-shift hours between 1:00 pm and 1:00 am
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- strong problem-solving abilities
- physical ability to perform duties associated with hotel operations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- proficiency with hotel management software is a plus

Job Duties
- assist with second-shift hotel operations
- ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service
