Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to work second-shift hours between 1:00 pm and 1:00 am
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • physical ability to perform duties associated with hotel operations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • proficiency with hotel management software is a plus
  • team-oriented mindset
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • assist with second-shift hotel operations
  • ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service
  • coordinate with various hotel departments to manage event space and accommodations
  • monitor and maintain hotel facilities including guestrooms and common areas
  • support front desk and concierge services as needed
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations
