As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will embody the brand’s commitment to exceptional client service by delivering warm, welcoming, and personalized experiences. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable client interactions by utilizing advanced banking technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, to facilitate convenient and efficient financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing branch traffic, and assisting with account transactions, including opening new accounts while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and banking standards. Your role is crucial in fostering trusted relationships by actively listening to clients, understanding their individual financial goals, and connecting them with the appropriate Chase specialists. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the branch’s operational success by managing cash handling devices such as cash vaults and ATMs in adherence to established policies and procedures.

Chase offers competitive compensation, which includes a base salary that varies depending on role, experience, and location. Eligible employees may also earn commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, awarded in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, recognizing individual achievements and contributions. Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel appreciated, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings
  • Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions as well as open new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements
  • Educate clients on how the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs can help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – introducing them to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals
  • Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures
