Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience required with less than 2 years of experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly
- Passion for culinary arts
- Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
- Knowledge of proper knife use
- Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Excellent guest service skills
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for working in the kitchen
- Food Safety Certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with technology such as plate costing buffet systems, CAFÉ system, KDS, Workbrain
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to signature restaurant standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Lead and support kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
- Manage inventory and ingredient preparation
- Troubleshoot and resolve kitchen issues calmly
- Provide excellent guest service and support service recovery efforts
