Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field focused on high volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than 2 years experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly
  • Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
  • Knowledge of knife usage and its purposes
  • Positive and helpful attitude toward guests and coworkers
  • Excellent guest service skills with ability for service recovery
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for working in kitchen environments
  • Proven culinary techniques and terminology knowledge
  • Food safety certification or equivalent
  • Ability to operate kitchen technologies
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
