Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old or as specified for certain positions
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds
- Ability to demonstrate job-specific techniques and skills
- For aquatic staff, possess American Red Cross Lifeguard training or nationally recognized certification, CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification, First Aid certification, and pass a swim test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or Lifeguard training
- Experience in recreation, fitness, horticulture, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and train staff
- Knowledge of safety regulations
Job Duties
- Supervise and schedule staff
- Maintain equipment and facilities
- Plan and conduct classes and programs
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
- Coordinate events and special activities
- Oversee guest services and participant engagement
- Assist with inventory management
