- willingness to work at any UCSF location on short notice
- ability to work overtime as needed
- strong interpersonal skills

- experience leading or supervising a team
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication abilities
- knowledge of transportation or parking operations preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with departmental policies and procedures
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- lead valet attendants, customer service ambassadors, cashiers, and parking enforcement officers
- act in accordance with departmental procedures and standards
- oversee daily job activities of parking representative staff
- ensure effective and efficient operation throughout each business day
- act as an ambassador or greeter for transportation programs and services
- coordinate with management regarding staffing and operational needs
- respond to operational issues and provide timely resolutions
