Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years of driving
- Be energetic and able to stand, walk, and carry up to 50lbs
- Possess strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues
- Able to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer service preferred
- Experience with valet parking preferred
- Ability to resolve customer issues positively
Job Duties
- Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely
- Explain parking rates and provide self-park instructions
- Inspect vehicles before handling and follow company guidelines
- Maintain uniform appearance and positive attitude
- Stand, walk, and assist with lifting items up to 50lbs
- Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed
