Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand, run, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in valet parking is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
- Explain parking rates and provide self-park instructions
- Inspect vehicles before taking possession according to company guidelines
- Maintain a professional uniform appearance and attitude
- Stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds
- Assist with minor cleaning, maintenance, and special projects as needed
