Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving history
- Energetic and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills with friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and resolve issues positively
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and resolve customer issues positively
- Ability to operate manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission vehicles is preferred
- Prior experience in valet parking of 1 year or more is advantageous
- Customer service experience of 1 year or more is beneficial
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and be a courteous and positive representative of the company
- Stand, walk, and assist with items weighing up to 50lbs during most of the day
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management
