Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
energetic and physically able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
great communicator with friendly professional approach
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues
availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
able to perform manual transmission driving if required

Job Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission preferred
energetic and outgoing personality
excellent written and verbal communication skills
customer service experience of at least 1 year preferred
ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
capable of standing and walking for extended periods and carrying items up to 50lbs

Job Duties

Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
maintain company uniform appearance and provide excellent customer service
stand, walk, and assist with carrying items up to 50lbs
complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other special projects as requested
