Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience
  • Energetic and outgoing with physical ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken language
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Ability to follow company guidelines for vehicle inspection and customer interaction

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Energetic and outgoing with the ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
  • Great communicator with friendly and professional approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
  • Valet parking experience of 1 year or more is preferred
  • Customer service experience of 1 year or more is preferred

Job Duties

  • Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
  • Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
  • Maintain the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with
  • Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and helping with items weighing up to 50lbs
  • Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned by local management
