Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing with physical ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to follow company guidelines for vehicle inspection and customer interaction
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing with the ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Great communicator with friendly and professional approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Valet parking experience of 1 year or more is preferred
- Customer service experience of 1 year or more is preferred
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- Maintain the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and helping with items weighing up to 50lbs
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned by local management
