The current role being offered is for a Valet and Bell Person, a vital position within the hotel team. The incumbent will play a crucial part in ensuring that every guest and visitor receives a warm, welcoming, and professional reception from the moment they arrive until their departure. This role involves greeting guests, assisting them warmly with parking their vehicles, and providing helpful information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Additionally, the valet attendant may be responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel, thereby enhancing their overall experience. Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clear driving record
  • Previous experience in valet or bell person role
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform duties involving parking and shuttle service
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Some experience working as a valet and/or bell person
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clear driving record
  • Positive disposition and willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent guest service
  • Knowledge of hotel amenities and local area attractions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provides warm and welcoming experience for all guests and visitors
  • Greets arriving and departing guests and assists with parking
  • Answers questions about the hotel, hotel amenities, and local area attractions
  • May shuttle guests to and from the hotel
  • Resolves guest concerns and provides professional service to gain high level of guest confidence and satisfaction
