Job Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- No prior work experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure legal parking and traffic flow
- Supply guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, operating hours, and local attractions
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or unauthorized personnel
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- Communicate parking procedures clearly to guests and visitors
- Follow all company policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe work conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Speak clearly and professionally
- Answer telephones using proper etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships supporting team goals
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
