Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • No prior work experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
  • Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure legal parking and traffic flow
  • Supply guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, operating hours, and local attractions
  • Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or unauthorized personnel
  • Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
  • Communicate parking procedures clearly to guests and visitors
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe work conditions
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Speak clearly and professionally
  • Answer telephones using proper etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships supporting team goals
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
