Job Requirements
- Customer service experience
- ability to lift up to 30lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
- six months or more of cashiering experience
- excellent problem solving skills in a high-volume and fast paced work environment
- commitment to equity in all aspects of work
- technological proficiency with 10-key adding machine, electronic cash registers, and computers
- skilled in providing customer service
- excellent cash handling abilities including counting dues, providing accurate change, and monetary accountability
- valid Washington State Driver’s License or ability to obtain
- availability to work all assigned shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to comply with safety and personal protective equipment requirements
- pass TSA and FBI background checks
- establish and maintain Washington State residency within 30 days of employment
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Provide customer service in the parking facility
- collect revenue from those exiting the parking facility
- conduct nightly inventory of vehicles parked using drive-through automated technology
- assist customers with a variety of questions and concerns as part of the Ambassador Program
- work unscheduled shifts covering various operational needs
- operate electronic cash registers and 10-key adding machines during shifts
- ensure accountability for monies received
