The Parking Manager role is essential within the operational framework of the Civic Centre Parkade in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where this position will oversee day-to-day parking and transportation events. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $80,000. Benefits for full-time roles include health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions; and paid time off which covers vacation days, sick days, and eleven holidays. This position will remain open until July 31, 2026.

The Parking Manager will also train designated staff for remote management of PARCS systems and routinely inspect all parking devices to guarantee functionality.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the Director by identifying new parking products, additional revenue streams, and cost reduction opportunities within parking and transportation operations. The role also assists with sustainability goals, conducts revenue and operational audits, and participates in strategic planning, traffic management planning, and budgeting processes. Monthly reporting efforts, analysis of guest surveys and performance metrics, and collaboration with business intelligence teams to evaluate transportation and parking data are key components of the role.

The position further manages rideshare operations and partner relationships, coordinates with transportation GPS wayfinding services such as Google, Waze, and Apple Maps, and oversees shuttle driver documentation including sign-in sheets and trip logs. This dynamic role demands excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience while ensuring the operational success of parking and transportation services at the venue.
