Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as a parking lot attendant or cashier
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical stamina for extensive walking and outdoor work
Ability to work full-time 40 hour weeks from 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Dependability and reliability
Ability to stay alert and handle high-traffic situations

Job Qualifications

Ability to give clear directions and report important information
Physical stamina to walk extensively and be outdoors for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet and assist the public in the parking lot areas
Monitor traffic and direct vehicles as needed to keep things moving smoothly
Patrol parking lots and surrounding grounds to ensure safety and compliance
Report any suspicious activity, hazards, or parking issues to the proper personnel
Work closely with security staff to keep the parking facilities safe, clean, and organized
Provide helpful directions or information to visitors and staff
Stay alert and ready every shift brings something new
