Job Description

Lexington Sporting Club is a premier sports and entertainment venue that hosts a wide range of athletic events and community gatherings. Known for providing an exceptional experience to visitors and patrons, the club maintains high standards for its facilities and operations to ensure safety, convenience, and enjoyment for all who attend events. With a commitment to excellent service and operational efficiency, Lexington Sporting Club is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for fans, athletes, and guests alike.

The role of Parking Lot Attendant at Lexington Sporting Club is pivotal in supporting event operations by managing the parking facilities effectively. This position focuses on ensuring smooth traffic flow, proper vehicle parking, and maintaining the security and safety of the parking lots before, during, and after events. The attendant will be the face of the club’s customer service in the parking areas, offering assistance and information to patrons and guests as needed. In addition to customer interaction, the role requires upkeep of the lot, including maintenance of gates, lights, and placement of parking signage to facilitate event parking. This role pays an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 and is classified as a part-time position with benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan and matching, providing valuable financial planning support. This is an evergreen role, meaning applications are accepted continuously, allowing candidates to apply at any time without a strict deadline. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts available during days, evenings, and weekends to accommodate the varied timing of events at the club. Individuals in this role must exhibit superior customer service skills, high integrity, and reliability to uphold the club’s reputation and ensure a positive experience for all guests. Prior parking lot or traffic control experience is an advantage but not mandatory, making this an accessible opportunity for those looking to engage with a dynamic sporting environment and contribute to the seamless execution of event logistics.
