Live Nation’s Concerts Division is the heart of the live music experience, where tours are launched, artists grow, and fans feel the excitement of live performances. The company boasts a vibrant, fun, and upbeat work culture, spanning dozens of owned and operated amphitheaters, a global touring team, and departments handling ticketing, venue operations, marketing, and sales. With numerous opportunities for growth and development, Live Nation offers perks like free concert tickets, dog-friendly offices, student loan reimbursement, and adoption/fertility support. Recognized as a Great Place to Work and listed among People Magazine’s “50 Companies that Care,” Live Nation fosters a community where everyone feels welcomed and empowered to thrive.
This role focuses on parking services at Live Nation venues, contributing to the smooth operation of parking facilities during events. The Parking Attendant is pivotal in maintaining clean and orderly parking areas to maximize space utilization. Responsibilities include directing motorists to appropriate parking spots using hand signals or flashlights, calculating and collecting parking fees, and managing physical aspects such as lifting and positioning barricades to open or close parking areas. The role also involves active participation in the venue’s sustainability program, promoting resource conservation and waste prevention through initiatives like sorting waste, collecting recyclables, and educating event attendees about these efforts.
The Parking Attendant collaborates with colleagues to close venues post-event, which may entail collecting recyclables, storing event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricades, and performing other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor. The position requires excellent communication skills, a well-groomed appearance, and the ability to provide courteous and efficient guest services. Walking and occasional sitting are part of the physical demands of the role. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with prior experience in guest service or as a parking attendant.
Live Nation is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity, encouraging applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability status, or other protected characteristics to apply. The company embraces a culture where employees can bring their whole selves to work and achieve a balance between professional and personal life. Live Nation will make reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities or those needing religious accommodations.
The hiring process reflects Live Nation’s dedication to recruiting the most qualified candidates efficiently and fairly. Compensation is determined based on factors such as education, experience, work location, and internal pay alignment, and is compliant with applicable equal pay laws. Candidates should be aware that Live Nation does not request any payment or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process, and official communications will come only from authorized company email domains. Joining Live Nation means becoming part of an exciting, dynamic company where live music is not just a business but a shared passion.
