Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- able to work at least 75 percent of scheduled Fort Wayne FC events
- physical ability to walk, stand, and run outdoors up to four hours
- ability to lift, carry, and push up to 15 pounds
- willing to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind
- availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- maintain professional attire with provided staff shirt and personal black pants or long shorts
- able to tolerate high noise levels
- strong focus on customer experience and guest needs
Job Qualifications

- ability to take direction from supervisor or management
- quick reaction and problem-solving skills

- understanding of safety procedures in a crowded venue
- basic proficiency with technology for scanning and payment processing
- ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Scan electronic pre-paid parking code utilizing provided technology
- collect payment through credit card as needed
- direct guests to proper parking lot destinations including VIP, rideshare drop-off, and general parking
- answer general questions and resolve issues respectfully and friendly
- be flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
- set up and remove directional signage
- maintain position and attention at assigned post
- ensure safety and efficient flow of cars and pedestrians
