Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check motor vehicle record and drug screen
- must have valid Michigan driver’s license
- willingness to work nights weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical cleaning and maintenance tasks
- reliable and punctual with strong customer service orientation
- ability to maintain guest confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree preferred
- one to three months related experience or training without diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of basic general cleaning
- ability to read and write standard English
- ability to comprehend simple instructions and write correspondence
- ability to present information effectively to guests and employees
- ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- clean all guest entrances and elevator landings including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles
- mop or power wash stains in common areas
- sweep and remove debris around and between vehicles
- clean signage, pay stations and all garage equipment
- empty guest key receptacles and assist management
- perform general landscaping duties and snow removal
- assist guests with directions and inquiries
