Job Requirements
- Experience in large-scale parking management, and ability to coordinate with multiple agencies and manage complex logistics
- Strong leadership skills
- Must have strong people-focused element by liaising with event contributors, venues, vendors and partners
- Previous experience in event management
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and own multiple projects

Job Duties
- Prepare all pre-event documentation and coordinate with sales and clients to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout event and post-event phases
- Manage and supervise the event team consisting of unarmed security personnel, parking personnel, and/or guest service representatives
- Complete post-event after action reports
- Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and refer suggestions to sales or senior project manager for event enhancements
- Coordinate with staff, safety agencies, talent, vendors, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations
- Adapt quickly to changes in event plans and manage potential security crises with efficiency and discretion
- Work with timelines, planning and project management to ensure all event deadlines are met
