Job Duties
- Prepare all pre-event documentation and coordinate with sales and clients to ensure consistent high-level service throughout event and post-event phases
- manage and supervise the event team including unarmed security personnel parking personnel and guest service representatives
- complete post-event after-action reports
- identify opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and refer suggestions to sales or senior project manager
- coordinate with various stakeholders including staff safety agencies talent vendors and attendees to ensure smooth event operations
- adapt quickly to changes in event plans and manage security crises with efficiency and discretion
- create timelines for events working with asset managers and recommend staffing needs to resources management
- foster a positive team atmosphere in office and on-site
- perform other duties as assigned
