Key responsibilities extend beyond basic parking management to include monitoring entrance and exit points, assisting guests with parking solutions including the use of technology such as the ParkMobile app, and addressing concerns swiftly to maintain traffic flow and security. Attendants are also tasked with maximizing the efficient use of parking space, providing detailed venue information, and ensuring a neat, professional appearance throughout their shifts.
Oak View Group values candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to remain composed under pressure. Prior parking experience is preferred but not mandatory, making this role accessible to individuals eager to develop their customer service and operational expertise in a vibrant entertainment setting.
