Job Requirements

  • Valid class C driver license
  • at least 20 years old
  • parking attendant experience
  • available mornings, evenings, overnight
  • ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and customers
  • ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Direct patrons where to park
  • issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket
  • process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets) according to company policy
  • complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets
  • provide the companys standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit
  • complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the companys maintenance checklists as requested
  • perform other special projects as assigned by location management
