Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb, carry, bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and event times
  • Proactive in providing assistance
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team and interact with multiple departments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.

Job Duties

  • Provide parking instructions, guidance, and assistance to guests as they arrive
  • Allow or disallow access into parking lots
  • Provide guests with directions and venue information
  • Act promptly and politely on comments and complaints
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in parking areas to maximize space usage
  • Direct motorists to parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights
  • Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and theft
  • Calculate and collect parking fees
  • Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas
  • Escort customers to their vehicles to ensure safety
