Operated under the management of ASM Global, a world leader in venue management, it ensures high standards of service and safety are upheld for every attendee.
Working within this dynamic environment, the Parking Attendant plays a crucial role in shaping the first impression of visitors. As the initial point of contact, a Parking Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, with an emphasis on providing clear parking instructions, guidance, and assistance. Attendants help maximize parking space utilization, contribute to traffic flow, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
The role is operational both indoors and outdoors across the arena, theater, and convention center grounds, sometimes exposing employees to varying weather conditions, including heat and rain. Responsibilities include guiding motorists to appropriate parking areas, managing access control, collecting parking fees, and ensuring the parking venue remains clean and orderly. The attendant also plays a vital role in safety by patrolling parking areas to help prevent vehicle damage or theft and escorting guests to their vehicles when necessary.
This position offers a hands-on opportunity to engage with a diverse group of patrons in a team-oriented setting, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Flexibility in working hours is necessary, as shifts are scheduled around event timings, including evenings and weekends. Training is provided to ensure that all attendants are equipped to deliver high-caliber service in line with the venue's standards.

Candidates should be prepared for duties that may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as other physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Being outdoors frequently, attendants must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
