Beyond just being a sports arena, the stadium is a dynamic environment where thousands of guests come to enjoy events, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. Hosting events of this magnitude requires a committed team focused on delivering seamless guest service and efficient operations, particularly in parking and transportation management.
This summer, Levi's Stadium is expanding its team with roles designed for motivated individuals eager to contribute to memorable fan experiences. Opportunities range from short-term summer work to full season-long positions, providing flexibility for a wide array of candidates. The Parking & Transportation Operations Team plays a vital role in ensuring guests have a positive experience right from their arrival. They manage all aspects of parking services, directing guests efficiently, maintaining safety protocols, and providing attentive customer support. With positions like Suite Valet, Event Flagger, Cashier, and Parking Experience staff, there is a variety of roles that cater to different skills and preferences.
Each role emphasizes excellent customer service, safety awareness, and teamwork. For instance, Suite Valets are responsible for parking guest vehicles professionally and securely while interacting positively with guests. Event Flaggers direct traffic flow, helping to maintain order during high-volume events. Cashiers handle various payment methods and maintain accurate records, ensuring financial transactions are smooth and transparent. Meanwhile, Parking Experience members monitor parking areas and neighborhood streets to enforce regulations and assist guests.
Work at Levi's Stadium requires individuals who can maintain a positive attitude, stay professional under pressure, and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Physical stamina is necessary since most positions include standing and walking for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Employees may also need to lift or move materials, and some roles require a valid driver’s license. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of these roles in the overall event experience.
The stadium is an equal opportunity employer committed to a drug-free workplace and compliance with ADA regulations. All employees must be 18 years or older and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience requirements are minimal, making these positions ideal for those seeking early career opportunities or supplemental seasonal employment. This is an excellent chance for individuals looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to world-class events while gaining valuable experience in customer service and operations.
