Job Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as flagging or directing vehicles
  • May be required to bend, push, twist, and pull objects repetitively
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Exposure to outdoor environments and weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, and humidity

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Six months or more of work experience in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license (may be required based on site) preferred
  • Ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests using Premium Parking's customer service standards
  • Answer customer questions regarding parking rates, directions, payment methods, and general site information
  • Assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
  • Direct and guide vehicles into parking areas using approved flagging and traffic control techniques
  • Monitor parking activity to support proper payment and compliance with posted rules
  • Observe traffic flow and report congestion, unauthorized parking, or operational concerns
  • Support event parking, peak periods, and special operational needs as directed
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles
  • Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, vandalism, or equipment issues
  • Ensure signage, pay stations, and equipment are clean, visible, functional, and repositioned or updated as directed
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings to support a safe environment for guests and team members
  • Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report hazards, incidents, security concerns, or equipment issues to supervisory staff
  • Adhere to all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures at all times
  • Maintain a professional appearance in full uniform, including name tag
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned
