Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as flagging or directing vehicles
- May be required to bend, push, twist, and pull objects repetitively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to outdoor environments and weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, and humidity
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to provide friendly, professional guest service
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times
- Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks (training provided)
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience preferred
- Six months or more of work experience in a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license may be required based on site
- Ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably
Job Duties
- Greet all guests using Premium Parking's customer service standards
- Answer customer questions regarding parking rates, directions, payment methods, and general site information
- Assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
- Direct and guide vehicles into parking areas using approved flagging and traffic control techniques
- Monitor parking activity to support proper payment and compliance with posted rules
- Observe traffic flow and report congestion, unauthorized parking, or operational concerns
- Support event parking, peak periods, and special operational needs as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles
- Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, vandalism, or equipment issues
- Ensure signage, pay stations, and equipment are clean, visible, functional, and repositioned or updated as directed
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to support a safe environment for guests and team members
- Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report hazards, incidents, security concerns, or equipment issues to supervisory staff
- Adhere to all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a professional appearance in full uniform, including name tag
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
