Job Requirements

Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as flagging or directing vehicles
May be required to bend, push, twist, and pull objects repetitively
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Exposure to outdoor environments and weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, and humidity

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to provide friendly, professional guest service
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times
Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks (training provided)
Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience preferred
Six months or more of work experience in a related field preferred
Valid driver's license may be required based on site
Ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably

Job Duties

Greet all guests using Premium Parking's customer service standards
Answer customer questions regarding parking rates, directions, payment methods, and general site information
Assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
Direct and guide vehicles into parking areas using approved flagging and traffic control techniques
Monitor parking activity to support proper payment and compliance with posted rules
Observe traffic flow and report congestion, unauthorized parking, or operational concerns
Support event parking, peak periods, and special operational needs as directed
Maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles
Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, vandalism, or equipment issues
Ensure signage, pay stations, and equipment are clean, visible, functional, and repositioned or updated as directed
Maintain awareness of surroundings to support a safe environment for guests and team members
Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report hazards, incidents, security concerns, or equipment issues to supervisory staff
Adhere to all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures at all times
Maintain a professional appearance in full uniform, including name tag
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
Perform other duties as assigned
