Job Description

Premium Parking is a leading parking solutions company dedicated to providing safe, efficient, and customer-friendly parking experiences at numerous locations across the country. Known for its commitment to great places to park and exceptional service, Premium Parking operates in a dynamic environment where guest satisfaction and operational excellence are priorities. The company stands out for fostering a professional atmosphere for its employees while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and site management. Becoming a Parking Ambassador at Premium Parking means joining an organization that values teamwork, professionalism, and guest-centered service, all while contributing to a smoothly-run parking facility that serves a variety of events and daily operations.

The Parking Ambassador role at Premium Parking is an engaging, multifaceted position designed to ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming first impression for all guests upon arrival. This role involves a blend of guest service, traffic direction, and parking operations duties, all of which are vital to maintaining a safe and organized parking environment. Available shifts vary with local event schedules and typically fall between 4 PM and midnight or beyond, offering multiple opportunities to work weekly. Parking Ambassadors support daily site operations, including actively monitoring parking activity, maintaining the physical upkeep of the facility, assisting with payment compliance, and promoting safety awareness among guests and team members.

An essential responsibility of the Parking Ambassador is to deliver an exceptional guest experience with prompt, courteous, and safe service. This includes greeting guests using established customer service standards and answering questions about parking rates, payment options, directions, and general site information. Handling guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and friendliness is crucial, with escalation to leadership when necessary. On the operational side, the Parking Ambassador directs and guides vehicles safely into parking areas using approved signaling and traffic management techniques. Monitoring parking compliance and observing traffic flow ensures smooth operations and supports event peak periods. Facility maintenance is another key aspect, involving routine clean-up, equipment checks, and ensuring all signage and pay stations are functional and visible.

Safety is a top priority in this role, with Parking Ambassadors expected to maintain constant awareness of their surroundings to support a secure environment for guests and themselves. Following all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures is mandatory. Employees in this position must also uphold professional standards, including wearing a full uniform with name tag, communicating effectively with supervisors and team members, and performing additional duties as assigned. This role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and to work outdoors in various weather conditions. It also demands good communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to operate smartphones or handheld devices after provided training.

Overall, the Parking Ambassador position is ideal for individuals seeking a role combining customer service and operational duties in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. With strong support from Premium Parking, employees have the opportunity to contribute significantly to a positive guest experience while maintaining safe and orderly parking facilities.
