Parking Ambassadors play a critical role in supporting day-to-day site operations. Due to the nature of the position, Parking Ambassadors must be able to work flexible hours, including evening shifts after 5:00 pm and weekends, to meet the demands of busy periods and special events. The role requires standing and walking for the entire shift, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and being able to perform repetitive motions such as flagging vehicles and directing traffic. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry out other physical tasks is also important.

Premium Parking provides training to help Parking Ambassadors become proficient in operational tasks, including the use of smartphones and handheld devices required on the job. While a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in customer service, parking, or hospitality are preferred, motivated candidates with the capacity to learn and adapt are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements

- six (6) months or more of work experience in a related field preferred
- valid driver's license (may be required based on site) preferred
- ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably preferred
Job Duties
- Greet all guests using Premium Parking's customer service standards
- answer customer questions regarding parking rates, directions, payment methods, and general site information
- assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
- direct and guide vehicles into parking areas using approved flagging and traffic control techniques
- monitor parking activity to support proper payment and compliance with posted rules
- observe traffic flow and report congestion, unauthorized parking, or operational concerns
- support event parking, peak periods, and special operational needs as directed
- maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles
- conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, vandalism, or equipment issues
- ensure signage, pay stations, and equipment are clean, visible, functional, and repositioned or updated as directed
- maintain awareness of surroundings to support a safe environment for guests and team members
- follow all company safety procedures and immediately report hazards, incidents, security concerns, or equipment issues to supervisory staff
- adhere to all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures at all times
- maintain a professional appearance in full uniform, including name tag
- communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
- perform other duties as assigned
