  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience preferred
  • six months or more of related work experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license may be required
  • ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles comfortably

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests using customer service standards
  • answer customer questions regarding parking rates, directions, payment methods, and site information
  • assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints professionally
  • direct and guide vehicles using approved traffic control techniques
  • monitor parking activity for payment compliance and rule adherence
  • observe and report traffic congestion or unauthorized parking
  • support event parking and peak periods
  • maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area
  • conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs or hazards
  • ensure signage and equipment are clean and functional
  • maintain awareness of surroundings for safety
  • follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents
  • adhere to all company policies and operational standards
  • maintain a professional appearance with full uniform
  • communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
  • perform other duties as assigned
