The role of the Parking Ambassador at Premium Parking is central to achieving this mission. In this role, you will actively monitor parking activity, support compliance with payment and parking rules, and ensure the parking environment is clean and safe.   • valid driver’s license may be required
  • ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles comfortably

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests using customer service standards
  • answer customer questions regarding parking rates, directions, payment methods, and site information
  • assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints professionally
  • direct and guide vehicles using approved traffic control techniques
  • monitor parking activity for payment compliance and rule adherence
  • observe and report traffic congestion or unauthorized parking
  • support event parking and peak periods
  • maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area
  • conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs or hazards
  • ensure signage and equipment are clean and functional
  • maintain awareness of surroundings for safety
