Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as flagging or directing vehicles
- may be required to bend, push, twist, and pull objects repetitively
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

- six months or more of related work experience preferred
- valid driver’s license may be required
- ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles comfortably
Job Duties
- Greet all guests using customer service standards
- answer customer questions regarding parking rates, directions, payment methods, and site information
- assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints professionally
- direct and guide vehicles using approved traffic control techniques
- monitor parking activity for payment compliance and rule adherence
- observe and report traffic congestion or unauthorized parking
- support event parking and peak periods
- maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area
- conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs or hazards
- ensure signage and equipment are clean and functional
- maintain awareness of surroundings for safety
- follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents
- adhere to all company policies and operational standards
- maintain a professional appearance with full uniform
- communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
- perform other duties as assigned
