Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as flagging or directing vehicles
- May be required to bend push twist and pull objects repetitively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to outdoor environments and weather conditions including rain heat cold and humidity
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks training provided

- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times

- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service parking or hospitality experience preferred
- Six months or more of work experience in a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license may be required based on site preferred
- Ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably preferred
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience through prompt courteous and safe service
- Greet all guests using Premium Parking's customer service standards
- Answer customer questions regarding parking rates directions payment methods and general site information
- Assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
- Direct and guide vehicles into parking areas using approved flagging and traffic control techniques
- Monitor parking activity to support proper payment and compliance with posted rules
- Observe traffic flow and report congestion unauthorized parking or operational concerns
- Support event parking peak periods and special operational needs as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles
- Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs safety hazards vandalism or equipment issues
- Ensure signage pay stations and equipment are clean visible functional and repositioned or updated as directed
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to support a safe environment for guests and team members
- Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report hazards incidents security concerns or equipment issues to supervisory staff
- Adhere to all company policies operational standards and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a professional appearance in full uniform including name tag
- Communicate effectively with supervisors team members and guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
