Job Requirements

  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as flagging or directing vehicles
  • May be required to bend push twist and pull objects repetitively
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Exposure to outdoor environments and weather conditions including rain heat cold and humidity
  • Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
  • Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks training provided
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous customer service parking or hospitality experience preferred
  • Six months or more of work experience in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license may be required based on site preferred
  • Ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience through prompt courteous and safe service
  • Greet all guests using Premium Parking's customer service standards
  • Answer customer questions regarding parking rates directions payment methods and general site information
  • Assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
  • Direct and guide vehicles into parking areas using approved flagging and traffic control techniques
  • Monitor parking activity to support proper payment and compliance with posted rules
  • Observe traffic flow and report congestion unauthorized parking or operational concerns
  • Support event parking peak periods and special operational needs as directed
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles
  • Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs safety hazards vandalism or equipment issues
  • Ensure signage pay stations and equipment are clean visible functional and repositioned or updated as directed
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings to support a safe environment for guests and team members
  • Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report hazards incidents security concerns or equipment issues to supervisory staff
  • Adhere to all company policies operational standards and safety procedures at all times
  • Maintain a professional appearance in full uniform including name tag
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors team members and guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned
