The available position is for a part-time Bartender working under the supervision of the General Manager. This role is designed to contribute to the Front of House team by preparing, mixing, and serving custom-crafted cocktails and outstanding signature drinks in a professional, courteous manner. Bartenders play a crucial role in ensuring simultaneous delivery of service with high quality and timeliness. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to greet guests, verify age compliance for alcoholic beverage consumption, and monitor guest behavior to notify management of any intoxication issues. Bartenders help create unforgettable dining experiences by maintaining a positive team approach and adhering strictly to nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.

This Bartender position is perfect for candidates with 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience, especially those with experience in high volume or fine dining environments. Essential certifications include a current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification. Job Requirements

  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
  • Current Alcohol Server Certification
  • Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
  • Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 20 plus pounds frequently
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
  • 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training

  • Greet and welcome guests at the bar or in the bar area
  • Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Notify a manager if a guest is becoming intoxicated
  • Resolve issues for guests in a professional and timely manner
