Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in kitchen preparation and professional cooking
  • Experience with a la carte food prep and production
  • Food safety certification
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Prepare a la carte menu items including steaks, seafood, meats, vegetables, sauces, and stocks
  • Follow recipes to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness
  • Handle and store food properly according to safety standards
  • Inspect food prep and serving areas regularly to maintain sanitation
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain an efficient kitchen
  • Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
