- Two or more years of experience in kitchen preparation and professional cooking
- Experience with a la carte food prep and production
- Food safety certification
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare a la carte menu items including steaks, seafood, meats, vegetables, sauces, and stocks
- Follow recipes to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness
- Handle and store food properly according to safety standards
- Inspect food prep and serving areas regularly to maintain sanitation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain an efficient kitchen
- Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
