Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a supervisory or management position
- strong customer service skills
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- prior experience in a supervisor-level role
- proven conflict management skills
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- ability to work nights and/or weekends
Job Duties
- Open and close the park on specified weekdays and weekends
- promote team culture throughout the park including employees and customers
- monitor on-site staff
- monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the park and its equipment
- promote safety for employees and customers
