Job Requirements
- Paramedic license
- Firefighter II or Basic Operations Firefighter certification or ability to obtain
- CPR certification
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Ability to complete ACLS and PALS training
- Successful completion of physical examination
- Passing drug screening and background check

Job Duties
- Provide medical care and transportation for patients at the paramedic/firefighter level
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency medical and fire calls
- Administer advanced life support and trauma care within the scope of practice
- Assist in firefighting operations and rescue services as needed
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational readiness
- Document patient care reports accurately and timely
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
