Job Requirements
- Valid paramedic licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a PRN basis
- Strong computer skills including EMR familiarity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Willingness to go above and beyond in patient care
- Passion for helping people
- Availability for occasional shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Current paramedic licensure
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Strong computer and technology skills including experience with EMR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Passionate about providing quality patient care
- Experience with occupational health preferred
- Experience in emergency medicine or critical care is a plus
- Comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment
Job Duties
- Participate in daily operations at Medcor's on-site clinic
- Provide superior customer service to Medcor's clients and employees
- Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor Care Protocols
- Build and maintain internal team relationships
- Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
- Perform pre-employment and post-offer screenings
- Document care using electronic medical records and related tools
- Conduct physical assessment testing
- Manage workers compensation cases
- Maintain OSHA record-keeping and medical charting
